Is the border post at Wadi Bih open or closed to non-UAE/Oman residents? We are residents in Qatar, and would like to drive from Ras Al Khaimah to Wadi Bih, but our Explorer guide says it has been closed from 2008.
Only GCC nationals can pass through this border, therefore if you hold a passport from any other country you won't be able to.
