For those coming from Muscat, this is a short and simple drive to the famous blue pools of Wadi Al Abyad. An easy walk takes you through the hourglass-shaped wadi to the town of Al Abyad, while those who approach from the north could drive right there. It is a recommended one to do with the whole family. But beware that serious floods running down the track can block it completely for some time.
