Fuchengmen Subway Station

From Fuchengmen subway station, walk east down Fuchengmen until you reach the White Dagoba Temple, which has many Buddhist statues and texts. Walk further down the street and you’ll reach the Temple of Emperors of Successive Dynasties in China (131 Fuchengmennei Dajie, 010 6616 1141) which is one of three imperial temples in Beijing where emperors went to worship people gods, ancestors and past rulers. A 10 minute walk to the east lies the Temple of Great Charity (Xisi Nan Dajie, east end of Fuchengmennei Dajie, 010 6616 0907), the headquarters of the Chinese Buddhist Association, and across the street, the Geological Museum of China (15 Yangrou Hutong, 010 6655 7858) with a huge 5.5m high dinosaur at the front.
