Making A Will
A person can write their own will, but it’s better to consult a gyôseishoshi lawyer to make your wishes as clear as possible and to ensure legality. Property and the inheritance of assets can be of particular importance. Any special requests regarding medical care in the event of an accident or terminal illness should also be mentioned. Once written, a will must be notarised. Check with your embassy to see if it needs to be registered in your home country.
