Whatever your budget, you’ll find a spa to suit you in Abu Dhabi. The UAE capital is blessed with world-class luxury spas within five-star hotels as well as small, independent establishments that offer fewer bells and whistles but better value for money. As well as the usual massages, body scrubs and wraps, you’ll also find more unusual treatments such as the ancient practice of Ayurvedic massage, reflexology and traditional hammams.

The price of pampering 
Budget and mid-range spas are perfect for regular indulgence, but if you want to splash your cash for a special occasion, there are some amazing treatments – think royal hammams and 24 carat gold facials – to leave you feeling like a million bucks. Expect to pay around Dhs.700 for a 90 minute treatment at a hotel spa or about Dhs.300 at smaller spas. However, at certain times of the year, such as during Ramadan, you'll find lots of deals being offered on treatments.
