Roller hockey is a fast-paced game similar to ice hockey but performed on roller skates. The sport is very popular in Catalonia and was one of the three exhibition sports of the 1992 Olympic Games. In 2007, Spain won the World Cup with a team made up entirely of Catalans. Barça is the only major team in the city.
