The district has a large Carrefour at 560 Quyang Lu (5589 6076), north of the SISU campus. Hongkou’s main shopping street, Sichuan Bei Lu, runs from Lu Xun Park in the north down to Suzhou Creek, and is lined with shops, banks and food stores. Smaller shops specialising in home goods, furniture and kitchen wares cluster around the university campuses.­­­­
