Tea

If it’s a non-alcoholic drink you’re after, it has to be tea. Famously known for being the centre of a whole ceremony, Japanese green tea is also a staple drink for ordinary people, and is so common that it is often referred to simply as ‘tea’. One of the most popular forms is sencha, a variety made from whole leaves, which is also said to have properties that aid in weight loss and general good health and well-being.
