Barcelona is bustling with independent fruit juice sellers and little juice bars. Vendors walk along the beach with their goods, and set up stalls along the pavement, so you’re never far from a good apple-pomegranate-papaya concoction. Fruit stalls in markets often sell their own mixes alongside the raw ingredients, and Gracia has lots of health food shops. Less common are juices packed with an extra punch of protein, vitamin C or fiber. Those available in Barcelona tend to be simple but delicious, straight up and untouched.
