Weekly farmers’ markets are at Meridian Avenue and Mission Street on Thursday, from 16:00 to 20:00, and at Pasadena High School on Saturday, from 08:30 to 12:30. The Old Pasadena shopping centre hosts art galleries, trendy boutiques and vintage clothing shops, while the upscale South Lake Avenue is known for its designer boutiques. One Colorado, with its funky one-of-a-kind shops, and the more mainstream Paseo Colorado Village, are also popular. The Pasadena Antique Center is famed for its variety, while the massive Rose Bowl Flea Market takes over the football stadium on the second Sunday of every month.
