Sandboarding
Sandboarding is a sport of its own and requires balance, strength and no small amount of tenacity. Once you climb your way to the top of the dune, it’s best to wax the bottom of the board to reduce friction between the board and the sand. Strap your feet onto the board, bending your back knee slightly and slide on down, using your heels and toes to turn. All major tour companies offer sanboarding experiences with instruction.
