If you would like to become an organ donor, visit the Japan Organ Transplant Network website (www.jotnw.or.jp) for information on organ donation and how to become a donor. Email support@jotnw.or.jp to request an organ donation decision card (in English), on which you can circle the appropriate option for what you would like to donate in the event of an accident. Donor cards are also available at city halls, public health centres, post offices and driving schools.
