Central PJ is well served by public transport with the Rapid KL LRT Kelana Jaya line passing through. If you live near a station such as Universiti or Asia Jaya you can be at KLCC in half an hour. This compares well with driving times as the Federal Highway, the main road linking PJ to KL, is notoriously congested. A planned extension of the LRT system will link Kota Damansara in the north of PJ with KL, further improving the local transport network. It’s relatively easy to get a taxi in PJ, so it’s possible to manage fine without a car. Rapid KL buses serve PJ with routes to all the major neighbourhoods.
