Public phone boxes are a little harder to find these days (a few years ago they were painted bright red), although there are still plenty around. Most take coins, but gobble them up quickly, so it’s probably better to buy a Telecom calling card. You should be able to pick up Telecom cards at most bookshops and convenience stores. You can buy cards of various values, ranging from $5 to $50.
