There are plenty of opticians in Oman, with most outlets selling a range of sunglasses and prescription lenses. Most opticians offer free eye tests if you order glasses from them. Disposable contact lenses and coloured contact lenses are also available. Look out for special offers where you can get two pairs of prescription glasses for the price of one.
