Street food, art and music in Al Qouz

From 20-21 February catch street artists at the 'Street Nights' festival in Al Qouz.
An official event of the Dubai Food Festival, Street Nights will play host to live musical performances, artists and food stalls offering creative street food.
Moti Roti, Fume, Fraiche, Maple Leaf, Hanoi, Shakeism, Logma, Essentialy, Melt and Panifico are among the many eateries attending the event, and will be offering pop-up food stalls.
Alexandre Teodoresco, co-founder of Street Nights, said: “Street Nights is a one-of-a-kind event offering a unique street-feel experience for Dubai residents and tourists, allowing them to discover and enjoy street food, art and music performances in the burgeoning artistic district of Al Qouz. We hope to entertain cultural and foodie enthusiasts of all ages with this exciting event.”
Award-winning Deep Crates Cartel, local leaders in supporting alternative music and street art, have put together the music programme. There'll be local and regional talent, such as Hamdan Al Abri, Malika, aka the Queen of Arabic Hip hop, Parallel Sound System and many more. International celebrity artists and DJs are also scheduled for surprise appearances.
Street Nights will take place on street 4b in Al Qouz industrial area on Friday 20 February and Saturday 21 February, 2015, from 5pm to midnight. The event is open to the public and the entrance is free.
