Renewing A Liquor Licence
Licences are only valid for one year, after which time they must be renewed.
Prerequisites
- Aged 21 or older
- Non-Muslim
- UAE resident
- Must earn more than Dhs.3,000 per month
What to bring
- Your expired liquor licence.
- Passport-sized photos (two).
- Passport with residence visa (copy).
- Current Ejari-registered tenancy contract or property deeds (copy).
- An NOC from your spouse.
- Your spouse’s passport with residence visa (copy).
- Ejari-registered contract of tenant (copy).
- Tenant’s passport with residence visa (copy).
- An NOC stating the tenant has no objection to you holding a liquor licence.
- Dhs.160 renewal fee.
- Collect a renewal form from any MMI or A+E store.
- Complete the form and get it stamped by your employer.
- Submit form with the necessary documents and pay the fee.
