Shibuya-ku is well known for being a retail district where shoppers from all over the world mingle at Hachiko Square, but it’s also a place with some great living options. Located just to the east of Meguro and Shinjuku wards, and at some points merging with Minato-ku, the area has easy access to the city centre. Focused around Yoyogi Kōen, there are plenty of accommodation choices. The Shibuya residential areas are mainly found in Daikanyama, Ebisu, Jingūmae, Harajuku, Hirō, Yoyogi-Uehara and Shōtō.
