Closing A Landline Account
You may cancel a landline at any time, but it must be done in person at either an Etisalat or du office. You will be charged an early termination fee of Dhs.100 if you cancel within the first month; if you cancel the landline as well as any internet and TV packages, this fee is charged within the first 12 months.

- Existing Etisalat or du landline
What to bring
- Passport with residence visa (copy)
- Telephone number
Procedure
- Etisalat Business Centre, or Etisalat or du outlets.
- Complete disconnection application form at an Etisalat or du service centre.
- Schedule a date for disconnection.
- Pay your final bill once disconnected.
NOTE: Allow a few weeks for this process to be carried out, as you will need to arrange for an engineer to visit your house and physically disconnect the equipment.
