Transport
Nerima-ku is not accessible via JR lines, but is serviced by metro lines such as Seibu-Shinjuku, Seibu-Ikebukuro, Yûrakuchô, and Tobu-Tojo lines. The Yûrakuchô and Ôedo lines also service the area. In general, expect to make up to two changes to get into the city centre, and last trains depart early. The bus service is more dependable and will bring you to main stations like Ikebukuro, Takadanobaba, Nakano, Kichijôji and Mitaka.
For drivers, the station area is busy and some of the streets further out can get rather narrow. For parking, it’s best to get a space through your building or to rent one.
