Reflexology & Massage Therapy
Reflexology has been practised in Ireland since 1985, when the Society of Reflexologists (now the Irish Reflexologists’ Institute) was formed. There are a number of reflexology training centres, and the IRI schools adhere to a common curriculum. A wide variety of massage therapies are also available, and include aromatherapy massage, Indian head massage, deep tissue, sports and Swedish massage. Infant massage has also been shown to be beneficial to babies.
